screen sharing issue

some time skype didnt show window sharing btton.and if it is available then its working its too baad please tell me what do to do ?????????????????????

click on the icon with the '+' sign on it on the Call Control bar to initiate screen sharing

my skype is showing this function but its not working i dont know how to define it but the screen share option is in dull colour i cant access it i dont know you get point or not ?

If you have not yet updated your Skype to the latest 5.9 version, then what you are seeing is most likely due to a bug in the previous 5.8 version, where screen sharing was disabled when the contact was in “Invisible” state.

im using skype 5.9.0.114. whenever i click screen share a window pops up that shaws trying video group calling. i can't screen share at all.

what is the problem?

In recent versions screen sharing with webcam still running is only supported with a Premium subscription.   If you don't have Premium, turn your webcam off before trying to share your screen.  Then turn webcam back on when you stop sharing.
