receiving an error when calling

Good afternoon,

I am receiveing an error "problem with recording device".

I checked your previous answers on this matter, tried what you were proposing but still I can't make a phone call.

For the record, I am using skype for long time.

I had never issues before.

I am using the latest version which I installed today.

I changed also my handset just to be sure.

What settings do you see for your microphone in Tools -> Options -> Audio settings?

Just saying like this:

Microphone: RealteK High Definition  Audio

and the same for speakers

Can you see any response (moving green bars) on the Volume bar when you make a sound.

Yes, i can see that.

I also perform a test and it was ok.

The problem is when I am calling and the receiver answers.

The line goes down and I am receiving this error

Does this happen with any contact or just one?

I have a subscrition to make phone calls.

I only have problem when calling on landlines

With my contacts I can talk without any problem

 This is a different problem. I think that the best option you have is to contact customer service with detailed information on which phone numbers you have this problem with.
