"problem with recording device"

when i call my friends on skype or when they call me and i accept it, it doesnt work..and, above my skype , there is note "problem with recording device"

 

so, what i suppose to do ?! what si wrong??

 

please, show me the way...

Go to Tools -> Options -> Audio settings and check your microphone settings.
