problem (size of my window-cam)

I have a problem about The size of my window(camera) when IM speak with camera! The window which show me is very very small :/ I can't see my self , how I can fix it please , sorry about my bad English...

I have a sizing issue with windows 7 & skype. Unable to make the entire skype screen any smaller, meaning maximize and it fills the entire screen, minimize of course puts it in the taskbar, all good there. But when in the middle, dragging the corners, tops or bottoms, the screen only goes so small.....I need to go smaller?

Checked my rez on my 3 screens and that's not the issue?  Any suggestions?

I need help with my skype, it takes up my whole window, and I cant resize it the browse bar ect.... all dissapears now I checked it all I got a message saying

incompattable application????????????????? what does this mean??

Please anyone help

Right click on Skype desktop shortcut, select Properties and then the Compatibility tab. Make sure that no options are selected there.
