please i need help,i cant connect to in sign into my skype account to make call

HI there,

fpr some reason i am no longer able to log in Skype fro my computer, while I can from any other computers or phones. Could that be a problem with a virus?

I have tried to uninstall the programm and re install it several times, but i'm still not able to start skype on my computer. 

Anybosy knows what could that be?

What happens when you are trying to SIGNIN to Skype?
Did you receive any error code / messages?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?

Press WinKey + R to open the Run window

WinKey (the button is located between the left Ctrl and Alt with the Windows logo)

Type: iexplore.exe and press Enter

Type the URL: https://apps.skype.com/home/
