other persons VIDEO display is working but corrupted

I was just using skype in the normal way with my normal random friends. THEN one day Their video looks like this (see pic of hand). I did not change anything and as far as I can recolect I did not change anything either
in this case it is showing MY camera but normally this is how it displays my 'contacts' video.
My contacts see me normally
I tried to update Skype to a recent version. That did not help, Then I tried the beta. Still no difference.
skype version 5.7.0.137 (beta)
windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
i5 cpu . 4 GB
below is how I generaly see my conatact video.
it is not my camera... as i said this is not how I transmit but see my contact. I am suspect that my drivers are nurfed... but I am just guessing. How do I flush em out or the like. I suspect my computer is redering the stream WRONG or badly.
everything works fine on other computers .
my other various cam programs are all fine.

nromally there is more sections not just 2, sometimes 4 or 5 and some may be static sections.

I am using the latest Nvida driver and my Skype video is corrupted just as the poster mentioned at beginning. I tried your suggestion to set the 3D setting to allow program to adjust. This does not work for me. My camera works fine in other webcam programs. I don't wish to downgrade my video driver to use Skype then reinstall the latest Nvidia driver to do the rest of my computer programs. Does anyone have another suggestion on how to fix this video corruption?

The latest driver as of today is 296.10. Is that the actual version you're running? If not, I suggest you update to that driver to see if it fixes your problem.
If you already have 296.10, you might try running the installer for that driver again, and (unless you already did this) select the Custom install (Advanced) option when presented, and then the Clean installation after that.
