i cant download any skype versions

Please help me. i cant donload skype. i used firefox and IE. iam using windows home edition. all downloads shows this error:

What error message do you receive now?

it says that "verify that you have sufficient privilages to start system service."

what should i do?

If your Windows is 32 bit then open this folder on your computer:

C:\Program Files\

If your Windows is 64 bit then open this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\

Can you see there a folder with the name Skype?
