On a recent skype video call I got the option from a panel of hair styles, faces etc. that popped onto the screen to drag one over the image of the caller. This enabled the caller to been seen on video with funny hair, hat etc that moved with the caller, so it looked as it he/she was wearing it. I have never seen this pop-up since. As it was Skype friendly I assume it is a Skype feature. Does anyone know how to retrieve this very clever option.
