I did as told and that didnt have anything about mood histories. I own the lastest version of Skype and a apple computer.

when i close skype the keyval.db dissapears, which makes

it impossible to delete?!

keyval.db cannot disappear, but maybe you are just seeing “keyval” and Data Base File in the Type column. What should disappear are keyval.lock  and keyval.db-journal.

Have the same problem and the solutions given do not work. Their is no X in the corner nor settings in subscriptions and bookmarks to change this. I have the newest version of Skype for Apple.

So is there any way to restore the original keyval.db once you change it? I renamed the file and it wiped the homepage, but now it's not updating at all with new statuses... Thanks!

You can always delete the current keyval.db file and again change the name of the renamed copy to keyval.db.
