Win 32

Good lord...I've got friends that have been trying to get me on this service for years. Each time I've tried to get on it's always something. This year it's not aWin32 application. Tried to find help on the customer non-support feed back thing. Of course theres nobody anywhere to be found. This company and this service is all over the place. You'd think they could make this easier at this point in their existence. I can only imagine how many potential customers they have lost. I'd say just pay somebody to do simple support calls or a real contact us email, and their revenue would probably double.

Anyway I've wasted enough time this morning trying to figure out why I can't open the file that has supposedly been downloaded cuz it's not a win 32 file.

See you in a couple of years when my friends again try to convince me this is a viable service.

Otherwise....bye.
