Hi,
Which one is best Skype recorder ?
I have been using Skype from many years for my business and I could not figure out that how we can I record Skype Business calls ?
I have to call a lot of peoples and all the people are business related. So I want to take care of all the recordings so that I can listen to recording at any time.
I have been figuring out that how could i record Skype call but I did not get any method in Skype. I guess they do not have built in option for Skype recording.
Is there any good software?
Thanks
Kevin

Hi,
I guess SuperTinTin is best Skype Recorder. I have been using it to record Skype video calls and audio calls.
You can download it from Skype shop http://shop.skype.com/apps/Call-recording-audio-vi
Thank you

Must be the AthTek one. It has been called as "Best Recording Quality" in 2011. http://shop.skype.com/apps/Call-recording-audio-vi

If your basis in choosing the best recording software is consistency and reliability, Supertintin (as suggested above) is indeed a good choice.

Hi mate! This sounds like what I need. I bought a screen recorder earlier in the year and posted on here about it last week. (Couldn't get it to work properly with my Skype lessons.)
What sort of system are you using?
I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit. I have RealTek Audio manager with Logitech speakers. My headset is a LifeChat LX-3000 with USB connection.
Will this work with my system or should I just toss the headset and buy a microphone?
Your help appreciated.

You can definitely improve the audio quality with a microphone. Actually the audio quality is determined by audio codec you have installed. You can swith the audio codec program to try different audio quality in AthTek Video Call Recorder for Skype: http://shop.skype.com/apps/Call-recording-audio-vi

I'm using supertintin in both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7 operating systems, together with various mic/headsets and no problems so far. I think what's far more important is to update the recording software whenever a new version is available, especially when Skype release a new versions.
Regarding hardware, you may also make sure that the latest device driver for your microphone or headset is installed in your computer.
