When Im trying to run Skype it opens notepad

Hi I have very unusual problem. When I try to run skype it open's notepad in witch there is only sybmols. I tryed to reinstall Skype but didn't help.

Most likely you or some other application (or virus!) has changed the file associations on your computer. See e.g. this:
