Video not Showing:

 I have a brand spanking new MSI  i7 laptop with skype camera installed on the lid, I can see and talk to people but they can't see me and I can't find where to turn my video on, it keeps telling me to download a web cam, I believe it is aready loaded on, any suggestions how I can activate it? thanks

hi I am trying to use video and each time I try it tells me to turn video on. I have tried many intructions I am getting nowhere. I can hear and see them. they can't see me. my webcam is intergrated in the laptop.
