Been using Skype daily for months. As of yesterday the image of the person I'm speaking with is blurry. He installed an update ysterday--Mac. Are there settings somewhere I can adjust? I'm on Windows 7 OS.
You might try installing the latest version of Skype, 22.214.171.124. The installer is available for download via this link: http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full
If that doesn't help, next time you're on a call click on Call > Call Technical Info. Copy and paste the results here. That may shed some light on where the problem lies.
Please note: I do not respond to requests for help via Private Message.

Check if you have a slow connection, if so.. thats the reason why the image resolution is getting lower. Also make sure you and your friend have set the properly your webcam settings, to do that just go Tools>Options>Video Settings>Webcam Settings.
