This only happens when I take the first snapshot of a video call The video freezes and it takes like 3-5 minutes to unfreeze. I have the option of waiting or closing skype if it does that...but if I close it then it starts all over again. Is there a way to fix this? Based on the specs of my laptop there is no reason I can see that my laptop itself is causing this lag.
