Video Border

Can you tell me how to remove a "rain drop" border that I previously added to the settings on my webcam?  There does not seem to be an option in general settings or video settings to remove this visual border.  Thanks.

such effects are most likely caused by either your webcam driver/software, or a third party Skype software.

Hi, I've problem with my video call.  So when I want to contact with my family in Germany, I couldn't go through to video call, and it change to phone call.  Likewise I can see my brother face to face.  Please help me to this problem, thanks.
