Using the same Skype Name on 2 computers independently, 1 Laptop Computer, 1 Desktop Computer.

I have already got a Skype account, I started it in South America, where I used Skype on my Laptop. I have moved back to England, and I have a Desktop computer here, SO I have a laptop which allows me to use my Skype account to talk with friends etc, even here in England I can use the laptop to communicate on Skype. NOW RIGHT. I want to use SKYPE on my Desktop computer , BUT I can not use this Skype account I already have, I can not get anyfurther then Skype telling me I already have a account, I want to have a Skype Icon on the desktop and a connection to use the desktop computer to call my contacts around the world, WHY is it I can not do this on my Desktop computer, BUT, I can use my Skype account very well here in England on the Laptop computer I have.I am going crazy trying to get some feed back from Skype, I have increased my credit thinking that would help. Anyone know the answer to this situation, HELP please.
