Used to be able to call international, now I can't

I was able to call an international number in February and prior (from US to Nicaragua) but now I can. 

Is there a setting where I could have disabled international calls (to a mobile number) for my account?  Any other ideas?

If you have a subscription that covers Nicaruaga, or are using Credits t make the call, there's no option you could've changed that would prevent you from calling.

I suggest you contact Customer Service with your problem, including the specific number(s) you're trying to call and what happens when you call.  You can start with this link:
