Hi im having a very annoying problem with skype and i have tryed multiple methods to fix it with no success. I am using a windows 7 laptop 64 bit that was upgraded from windows vista. The problem usually includes skype stops producing sound along with my computer, it freezes the volume control up alltogether and also causes League of legends to crash when im playing it (adobe air debug launcher) skype will still show up as responsive but i cant do anything in it. When i try and close skype it refuses to close and freezes up and the only way i can close it is by ending the process in task manager. The only way i can fix volume control and skype is by restarting my laptop.
Note: Skpe runs perfecly for a random amount of time before this annoying problem happens
Here is a list of fixes i have tried:
Completely uninstall skype
Restore Ie to defaul
Install most recent version and install previous versions
The problem usually happens randomly but sometimes it happens when i do something like quit, answer or make a call or plug in my mic ( microsoft lifechat 3000 )
Guys plz help me coz i rlly need to use skype for gaming and assignments with my friends
