I'm running Skype Windows version 5.8.59.158. I used to be able to transfer incoming calls to our skype number (premium account) to other landlines but this no longer works. When you perform the transfer you just get the call bouncing back to my own skype account.
you need some Skype Credit to transfer ANY incoming call to a landline (or an appropriate Skype subscription that will cover the implied SkypeOut call)
otherwise Call Transfer works for me using that version
