I reviewed older posts. It does not install. When I click on the link to download, It downloads an installer exe to my desktop. When I click on that I get the message "we are having problems connecting to the download server. To download an alternate installed, click on then download button." There is not a new icon and it does not start the software. Kapersky disabled during install attempt. Win XP
Does anyone have any words of wisdom?
