Hello!,
I am currently using Windows Vista (Package 2) on my desktop?
I downloaded Skype and it worked for me a total of three times, until I tried to sign-in it says that it has been "unable to connect" ever since? I've followed all other Troubleshooting options (eg: Firewall properties downloading new program and etc.) Until recently Windows prompted that the "updated version" was "incompatible" ? I am not sure if my version of WIndows is supported or not? Please help! ![]()

See if version 5.6.0.110 helps any. You can download the full installer to your hard drive via this link: http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full-56
Please note: I do not respond to requests for help via Private Message.

What Firewall and Antivirus applications are installed on your computer?
