Too many Skype accounts

Due to various computer problems, I now have about 6 accounts with Skype. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I still have 6 accounts including the new one I set up after reinstalling it. The newest one isn't working yet, so I'm stuck.

Ah.  Ok.

You can't delete a Skype name/account with Skype once it's created.  They exist forever.  But you can remove an account or accounts you don't want to use from your PC by doing this:

Quit Skype.  Hold the Windows key and type r.  In the box that comes up type %appdata%\Skype <enter>.   Find and delete folders with any Skype names you want to remove.

Done.

Thanks so much. I was able to follow your suggestions, but I only saw two of our accounts which I deleted. Hopefully, that will help!

I also have two different Skype icons on my desktop. One says Skypesetup and the other Skype. Is it okay to delete the Skypeset up now that I've reinstalled Skype?

Yes.  You don't need that Skypesetup icon.

I need just TWO accounts -- U.S./Canada and 400 (600) minutes to Brazil mobile!

I need to delete the Unlimited World and 120 minutes to Brasil landlines!

 It sounds like you what you need is two subscriptions rather than two accounts.

To make the adjustment you want to make you'll have to contact Customer Service:
