System Crash on Skype Login ASPI32.SYS SPTD

System info
Windows 7 intel 450M 4gb ram
When i launch skype... no problems
When i enter login details and press login:
1. COMPUTER HANGS
2. CLRT ALT DEL DOESNT WORK
3. HAVE TO PULL BATTERY and restart.
On restart the following error messages are shown in Event Viewer
1.\SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\ASPI32.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.
2.SPTD: Driver detected an internal error in its data structures for .
HELP
please find the screenshots attached
Already installed beta, old versions etc no use.

The ASPI32.SYS has stopped running.
But the sptd error is persistent.
The same thing happened... skype crash and pc hang!

Most likely the SPTD error message is generated due to problems with your virtual CD/DVD drive or similar.

However, what might be more interesting, are the warning and error messages aboutWindows Media Player. If you look in the warning message, do you see something about “debugging”?

Yea will look into that,,, but what does that have to do with Skype crashing.

Skype will crash in the case any form of debugging, trucking or similar is activated.
