Stepdaughter used PC Win7 and skype whilst visiting "PROBLEMS!!

A good friend has used skype from day one and now has this problem. She let her stepdaughter use her PC Win7 and skype whilst visiting. Some how she manged to a add here account to the PC and we need to remove it including all the crap Facebook contacts and conversations that she left behind. How do we acheive this and restore thing as to what they were before.

first sign out the stepdaughter from Skype (Skype=>Sign Out)

hold the Windows key down and press 'r' on your keyboard to open the Run dialog

type %appdata%\skype and click ok

locate the folder that corresponds to the Skype Name that the stepdaughter uses

delete that folder and all its contents

sign in to Skype using some other credentials
