I am new to Skype and just set it up today. (Windows based on this computer) When I send or receive a video call I and the person I am calling can hear each other but the video does not come up. I have gone to the video settings and have checked the box to enable skype video and start automatically. I can see myself in the video too. When I go to call someone, no video shows. The people I call can call each other and see each other so it is not their computer or phone, it mine. I even log onto Skype on an ipad under my account and it worked fine..Problem is I need to call my kids on the ipad when I am out of the country with my windows computer.
Have you figured out the problem with your iPad yet? I am having the same problems and everything you said you checked I checked and the video still does not work? I Need some help.....
