Hi, trying to install Skype using the full install file (SkypeSetupFull.exe, 5.5.0.114). This should not require any sort of download, and it still gives the error that it cannot contact the download server. Then proceeds to download the light version (SkypeSetup.exe), which requires further download. I have uninstalled all previous versions of Skype, deleted all remaining files and folders, as well as clean out the registry. Not sure why a full version install still requires a download?
