Skype wont start

My skype suddenly didn't work and I didn't know how to do. Every time it starts I only see 'skype' 'tools' and 'help' and rest is blank. Please help

wen i put my login name and password push the login it just brings the loading circle then it will bring a screen up saying skype stop working

Please post event viewer log in your very next reply.
Click Start >> Run >> Type eventvwr.msc /s
Custom Views >> Administrative Events
Look for any error message related to Skype crash.
Try to reset Skype Settings
