When the problem occured for the first time I was connected to one router with all devices, but had no problem with any other internet based apps. Nevertheless in the meantime I have tried different wifi connection on my phone and also mobile data and the problem persisted. Today in the morning when I tried to log in again everything is back on and worked properly. I have no idea where the problem was but I'm glad it works. Thanks for your response anyway
