My colleague tried to call me via Skype to Skype and apparently it rang 10 times on his end before giving up, but I never saw the request. I was waiting on him/it too.
He's using mobile Skype, but managed to talk to one other guy that we were going to conference in all on. Funny thing is that we IMed via Skype just before, and immediately after he had that talk.
