In Skype for IMac doesn't appear Tools/Option
Could I change the automatic start up when I start up my iMac?

This is really stupid. You shouldn't have to sign in to uncheck an option that determines whether Skype starts at startup. That kind of option isn't Skype-account-dependent, it's Windows-account-dependent.

You can also remove Skype from Startup in Windows System Configuration (msconfig).

Are you sure about that? Skype doesn't try to re-enable its startup option on reboot? Because it used to.

Yes it did, and the only way you could know that it didn't is to try every previous Skype version ever made, which you haven't.
Moreover, it seems like it would. You unset the Windows startup option but the Skype option remains checked. Then the next time you run Skype it sees that the option is checked, and it modifies the Windows config. I could confirm that it's the case, but I don't feel like it, since I already logged into Skype and unchecked its box.

sorry, you are mistaken
although there are many ways that Skype COULD be started automatically with Windows, the only method that Skype client uses is to set a registry entry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr

On the main page of Skpe look at the tabs and u will find the
"tool" button click it and you will find option to turn off skype at start up. Good luck.
