Skype opening in Chinese can't fix this!

Can someone help me resolve the issue... but Skype is starting in chinese and I have no idea how to get it to revert back to English. I was actually in the middle of a business call...there was a flicker and everything changed languages so all the menu choices are now in chinese.. I think its chinese anyways! Please help

Why not?  What actually happens when you click on Tools > Change language?

This does not Help it works if you already have skype installed but if you are trying to install skype on a new machine you just get Chinese web pages which are indecipherable
