Skype makes internet freeze and computer cannot shut down

When i open skype sometimes it makes my internet freeze, it won't load any webpages and skype sais my internet connection is gone. When this happens i cannot shut down my pc neither..
Note: I also have this with some downloadable online games but as i use skype the most it happens more often when opening skype..
If anyone has a solution please tell me!

Try going to Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection. Uncheck Use port 80 & 443 and uncheck Enable uPnP.
See if that helps.

Try This.
Here is a Mr. FixIT:
Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows
Run This First. See if it resolves the issue. If not,
Temporary disable the anti-virus & Do all Windows Updates, including Software and Hardware, not just the Critical Updates. In most cases, this will resloves the issue.
Also Suggest, Download and Reinstall the new Skype 5.7 beta version. See if it helps.
