The past few weeks it's been freezing, my pc as well. I have had to uninstall/reinstall dozens of times. I thought it was my pc so I did a full destructice recovery. Now when I install it there are no profile pics or profile info for my contacts. It says they haven't been online in a long time. How do I get them back?
