Skype install problem

I had used skype in my window 7 for more than 1 year. Now it is getting problem then i uninstall the skype and I try to install new one but I am not able to do so. when it downloads is about to complete the following msg box will appear: "WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO THE DOWNLOAD SERVER, TO DOWNLOAD AN ALTERNATIVE INSTALLER FOR SKYPE, CLICK THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON" anyone can give me the solution ...?

click the download button and press save. save the skypesetup first

I have saved the skypesetup before click into run button but I cant

i gave you the offline installer. just click on the link i have given above, and download it on your "desktop"

when you got it, double click on it (run) and start installation.

Note That: Temporary disable Antivirus/Firewall. You can reactivate your Antivirus/Firewall after downloading or installation. You may try another browser and also try resetting your browser settings.

Alternatively, You can download ANY versions of Skype from OldApps.com

I cant install skype in my windows when i started installation showing the window (please wait its take few mins) . the installation is running but i cannot complete the installation can any one hlep from this?
