Skype home unavailable!

i load skype it come up fine but it say home unavailable and none of my friends are getting messages...what is wrong?

Check your own connection status. Is it "Online"? The status icon (the one left of your name) must be solid green with a white checkmark inside. Try to change the connection status using the dropdown arrow next to this icon.

First Check your connection status.

If your connection status is "Offline" , try to change it to "Online"

I cannot get my status to change on line.  I have downloard this 10 times....but still keep getting unavailable message.  It tells me I don't have internet connection - BUT I DO !!

Have you tried to use the dropdown arrow next to the status icon?
