Skype has stopped working, Close program

The only thing i can figure out is that other voip and cell phone providers are making a problem with skype users in the United States and maybe it is time for the lawsuits again. I think Comcast just violated the ability to use Skype on their systems and they got their ass sued by Skype. I use Verizon through Ken-Tennwireless.com, a local server, that runs off Charter.com. I think they are making it hard for Skype.

My skpe number was closed down,AND I STILL HAD CREDIT ON IT,AND FORGOT THAT THE NUMBER WAS SHUT DOWN BECAUSE SKPE IS STILL PROGRAMMED ON THIS ACCOUNT ON MY COMPUTER.SO I TRIED TO CALL SOMEONE AND AN ALARM HAS BEEN SOUNDING ON MY CONPUTER EVER SINCE CONSTANTLY.CAN YOU PLEASE SHUT THIS ACCOUNT COMPLETLY DOWN AS I CANT HAVE ANY SOUND ON MY COMPUTER WHATSOEVER NOW.I HAVE TO PUT THE SPEAKER WIRE IN TO STOP THE ALARM NOISE.ALL I WANT IS THE TOTALLY FREE SKYPE WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY A ON LINE NUMBER.
