уважаемые создатели скайп сегодня встолкнулись с такой проблемой что программа скайп блокирует видео вызов и прирываеться сразу кому либо ты не звонил и предлогает купить премиум пакет программу мы удалили с трудом с  5 раза потом загрузили опять бесплатную версию все работало хорошо и к вечеру опять тоже самое...... я нахожусь на территории сша до этого такого небыло только сегодня...

The problem is the at&t ad. It causes the crash. You can wait till they fix it. Or download beta 5.7

I am a Skype Mac User and have only just recently experienced the issue of Skype dropping calls to landlines and mobiles after a few seconds.  I am having to redial numbers upto 3 or 4 times before it is stable.

I am a skype subscription holder who has unlimited calls to landlines so a bit surprised

It has been happening for the last two days

Help please

I am on a high quality broadband connection, the latest version of Skype Mac client

Download and Reinstall the new Skype 5.7 beta version. See if it helps.

If not resolve this issue, then

Please do a Skype reset:

1. Ensure that "Show hidden files and folders" is switched on.

Click Start and then Run Type "control folders" and click OK. In the View tab, ensure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled

2. Exit Skype : From the system tray >> right click on the skype icon and click "Quit Skype"

3. Click Start >> Run Type: %appdata% Rename folder "Skype" to "Old_Skype"

4. Re-run Skype

Check if the issue persists
