Skype doesn't log me in..

.. even though I enter my correct Skype name and password and yes, my internet connection is okay. It loads for ages and then freezes and says "Skype can't connect". :/ Should I just wait, is there anyone else with this problem or what should I do to log in?

Hi, I have the same problem, have already changed password but didn't help. Please let me know when you find a solution.

Same for me. First time I thought that I have outdated client, but found that Skype doesn't provide version newer than 2.2.0.35 for Linux.

I have another client for andorid and it says that I'm online, but there is no contacts online. Even "Skype Test Call" doesn't respond to the call.

Oh, well, restart your computer and your internet connection enough times and eventually the problem gets fixed. I can't really say how I got back online, I didn't make any changes on skype settings or anything, I guess it was a temporary bug.

I've deleted cookies in web browser, tried logging in and it works.
