Skype does not work

Hi there,

Can i ask you for any help as my skype does not work. Many times i have re0installed but all times problem stays same.

it looks as working, a circle moves but later i recieve a message as " skype can't connect".

I will be grateful, if someone could help please.

What Firewall and Antivirus applications are installed on your computer?

Ihave Norton and AVG antivirus and i dnt know about firewall settings............. sorry.

Uninstall first completely one of the Antivirus applications. You should never run two different AV applications on the same computer.

I just un-installed Norton and I was having only one Anti-Virus on my laptop. as i un-installled Norton, Skype was ok so i just installed AVG. Now its working fine.
