Hello I need help, from the last update of skype it me does not work, I connect and later neither the contacts nor anything appear and it is not possible to close only finishing from the bar of tasks, I have unistal skype 4 times and it continues without working correctly, please say to me like to solve this problem, I leave a capture.

Your Skype is still not connected and the menu bar is missing. Try to reset all Skype settings.
Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%, press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old. Restart Skype.
N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

Are you using any 3rd party applications with your Skype, like voice or video recorders?
Try this, which may enable the menu bar on your Skype window:
Quit Skype. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%\skype, press Enter or OK button. Find now the folder with the name of your Skype account. Open this folder. You will find there a file with the name config.xml. You may see only “config” but with XML Document in the Type column. Open this file in any text editor (e.g. Notepad). Find there the section starting with <UI>. If you see there a line reading <ChromeEnabled>1</ChromeEnabled> then change the value 1 to 0. If this line doesn’t exist, then just add this line <ChromeEnabled>0</ChromeEnabled>. Save the file and restart Skype

Are you still seeing the same Skype window without the menu bar and missing Skype name?
What exactly is the version of your Windows? Do you have all the latest Windows Updates installed?
