Skype crashes on startup every single time due to Data Execution Prevention

Alright I compared the 2 and I didn't really see anything out of the ordinary. I tried running skype a few times with minimal processes running and it still does not work...

Skype heavily depends on Internet Explorer, even if you are using a different browser. Please compare the add-ons used by Internet Explorer in these 2 Windows accounts.

I don't believe I'm using any add-ons on this User account for IE. Though, whenever I used to start up skype I would never really get any of the windows or ads.  It's like they were blocked. Maybe that has something to do with it?

What about your Flash Player? What is the version installed on your computer?

Open in your Internet Explorer YouTube.com and try to play any video site.

Yes I see them on the other account. I've had flashplayer on this one as well and I just upgraded it to Flash Player 11 and downloaded IE 9. I can now see things when I start up Skype but it still closes due to the data execution prevention...

I think they real problem lies with the Date Execution Prevention. Something is triggering it to close skype. But what..

Could Kaspersky have something to do with it? I remember allowing something last night that popped up but I don't remember what it was. Skype wouldn't work after that.

Kaspersky is a perfect candidate for Skype problems. Try to disable both antivirus and Firewall.

I just removed Kaspersky completely since my license ran out and I'm still getting the Data Execution Prevention...

I don't understand. This is completely ridiculous. I've updated everything. Reinstalled after removing every single trace of Skype. There's no antivirus to mess things up. This Data Execution Prevention thing does not exclude skype even when I have it on the list. I have no idea what to do.
