Skype crashes on login AGAIN!!

Honestly I am sick of your program. This happened before, happens now and who knows when will happen again. Such things never happen to ICQ/YahooMessenger/MSN.
Problem: Skype crashes after successfull login.
NOTE: Skype was working with no problems few days before. No Skype updates were installed since then.
Platform: Windows 7, updated often.
Steps:
1. run skype
2. enter correct username/password, click "sign in"

Last night when I first saw it crashes I was also not able to login via web (It showed HTTP error 302). I reported it. However I see today at least this is fixed.
WHAT I TRIED to resolve:
1. Tried to read some of the forums here, lost too much time for such stupid program (Sorry, cannot hold back my anger anymore, this program is really stupid).
2. %appdata%\skype - deleted shared.xml as some other forums suggested
in %myusername% folder deleted config.xml
RESULT: skype still crashes (of course)
3. few times uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed skype
RESULT: skype still crashes (of course)
4. installed the beta
RESULT: skype still crashes (of course)
QUESTION:
Will this be fixed today or should I tell my friends and colleagues to switch to ICQ/YAHOO/MSN?
This is totally intollerable. Keep in mind I don't live to read Skype support forums, have other things to do during the day, so either start making better product or go bankrupt.

UPDATE:
Did few more tests. On same machine, different windows user there is no problem logging with my skype account. Seems there is a conflict. I still want to fix this if possible. Ideas how to track the conflict?

Tried to change port. Does not help.
UPDATE3:
Cleaned all lock/journal/temp files. Problem persists. Now I'm out of ideas.

I've been having this problem for weeks. I built a new computer and installed windows 8 on it. Skype 6.0 keeps crashing when i sign in. I've downloaded a previous beta version 5.0....etc and it still crashed when signing me in.
It been really frustrating. What's weird is that i can sign in on my other computers or iPad. Is this an issue with Windows 8?

Please post event viewer log in your very next reply.
Click Start >> Run >> Type eventvwr.msc /s
Custom Views >> Administrative Events
Look for any error message related to Skype crash.
Try to reset Skype Settings

I've also tried naming Skype to Skype_Old and i still have the same problem.
Also, for the past few weeks I have been trying other suggestions posted by other people in many similar forum discussions; all of which have unfortunately not worked for me.

Do you have ALL the latest Hardware driver updates?
Can you run Skype in Safe Mode With Networking?
Try this FixIT first

Temporary disable the anti-virus & Do all Windows Updates, including Software and Hardware, not just the Critical Updates.
Older Version 4.2...Should work. in this case you have to disable automatic updating of Skype.

you can also run Speccy and post the info from it (save as text and remove your windows serial no.,compress and attach then)

This computer is new and I have made sure to update all the drivers already (i think). Furthermore since I just installed Windows 8, the BIOS drover from the website seems to be imcompattible. I wouldn't think it would be a BIOS problem as I have had no problems with other programs working so far.
I don't use any particular anti-virus software other than the Windows Defender provided in Windows 8.
I've tried to get Skype 4.2 from oldapps.com but it says it's no longer available. I've also tried getting Skype 5....(can't rememebr the exact version) and it still crashes in the middle of logging me in.
I have attached the Speccy report too.

Try to start your Windows in "Safe mode with networking".
- Run Skype.
You can also download older Skype from OldVersion.com

Skype managed to sign me in when i restarted in Safe mode with Networking. Does my program crash because I'm already signed in to other devices? For example I'm signed in using my iPad. and i'm also signed in using the windows 8 Skype app. (the problem i'm having is related to the desktop app for skype)
