To solve the problem i had to close skype and dont let it start at the start up of windows and restart my router and the pc. i know that there is similar topic but i tried to apply the methods they say.. no luck! Please Help.. i need skype!

What type connection do you have to the Internet? Cable? DSL? Etc?
Click on Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection. What number is showing in the "Use port ...... for incoming connections" box?

I have a DSL connection and the port is 1024, and checked the "using ports 80/443".

Try setting a different port number in that box, a random number...say....23300. Uncheck the use the port 80/443 and the use uPnP boxes, save the changes and restart Skype.
See if that helps. It's worked for others having a similar problem with DSL. If it doesn't work for you and Skype can't connect with a random port set, you can set things back to the way they were.
