Skype changing uploaded word doc!

Hi, can anyone advise on how to stop Skype from grabbing phone numbers typed on word documents and changing font to blue and placing Skype symbol next to number. This change only happens on uploaded text i.e. my resume!!, not visible on original document prior to the upload, only after its been uploaded.

Just started to happen, can't find anything in the control panel to stop this!

Uninstall Click to Call Plugin from the Control Panel.
