For the past 6 weeks or so, when I go to answer or initiate a Skype call,
I get a Blue screen of death.
When the computer re-starts, the Skype software is locked into the initiating loop.
Skype cannot the stopped or "end process". The only option is to re-boot again.
I have re-installed twice, but it's still occurring.
I run WindowsXP with the latest Skype SW.
I have only installed Norton 360 v6 within this same timescale, otherwise my computer setup has been stable.
