Everytime i open skype it says: "The files skype needs to work cannot be found. Please download and reinstall skype to fix this problem." I've tried that and it didn't work, I also tried Microsoft Fix It and that didn't work eather.

Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%\skype, press Enter or OK button. What do you see now?

Can you see there a folder with your Skype name?
You can delete all the temp files, but for this you need first stop Skype from running on your computer.

Like I said in the first post, Microsoft Fix didn't work!

Open this folder on your computer:
C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\
Double click on the Skype.exe file. What happens now?
