Skype calls dropped at around 25 minutes

Just wanting to know if there is a time limit on skype calls. Had a problem with the call dropping whenever time of call went past 25 minutes. Any ideas? Would appreciate any ideas, have checked all tabs etc..

Here are a few system/program checks and procedures to try.

Ensure Skype is not running in compatibility mode.

Manually editing your system settings can cause Skype to crash. Undo changes you made before Skype started crashing.

Stop running Skype > Start > Run > %appdata%\skype > Delete Shared.xml (Alt Shared) > Start Skype

Last thing to try is a complete removal of Skype, and Re-installing.

1. Stop any and all running Skype Client programs on your system.

2. Using your Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs uninstall Skype, when prompted to save your history, choose yes.

3. Start > Run > %appdata%\skype >  and delete shared.xml again.

4. If you see your Skype name folder, open it. If present, delete Config.xml (Alt Config)

5. Run > %programfiles% > Delete Skype folder (Alt location is Program Files x86)

6. Re-install the latest version of Skype:

Skype Client

Reinstalling Skype can cause your firewall settings to Re-Set restrictions on the client. Because of this, you may also need to update your firewall settings.

none of what has been suggested thus far will address an issue whereby calls drop after a certain period of time

are these Skype-to-Skype calls or SkypeOut calls?
