Skype and SplitCam: no video more since the last Skype update (6.0.59.126)

Hi! Since the last update (6.0.59.126) Skype cannot recognize the video input provided by SplitCam (5.4.6.0) from a camcorder attached to the S-Video input of a capture card. Before the update Skype has worked properly. SplitCam still shows the incoming video. Any suggestions?

and disable automatic updating of Skype

It worked for some time, but after a few restarts, Skype 6 now shows that there is no webcam installed at all.

(But there should be two permanent entries, "Blackmagic WDM Capture" and "SplitCam Video Capture")
