Re: Skype Incompatible Program

Open Windows Event Viewer -> Custom Views -> Administrative Events. Look for the recent error messages with timestamp corresponding to Skype crash. Copy and paste here the text from the General tab.

You can also right click on the Computer (or My Computer) icon and select Manage.

Re: Skype Incompatible Program

No. The ESENT error messages refer to issues with Web Cache of IE10 or IE11.

Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool.

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.

Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

Re: Skype Incompatible Program

This is the same error message related to your Internet Explorer.

Try to clear all Temporary Internet Files.

Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General. In the section “Browsing history” press the “Settings” button and in the next window the “View files” button. Delete all files from the Temporary Internet Files folder.
